Sunday Post (11th Edition)

I'm still coming down from my Halloween sugar high. How about you? I'm always sad to put away the spooky decorations and throw out the carved pumpkins, but now it's time to look forward to Christmas. :-)

My big blog "thing" this week was changing my layout from 3 columns back to 2 columns. I guess it doesn't sound that big, but I'm always terrified to mess with the HTML code on my blog template. Luckily the transition went smoothly, and I think it looks pretty good! I'm trying to simplify things, and I just didn't need that extra column anymore.

I also added a new Goodreads widget to my sidebar that lists the books I will be reading in November. I'm hoping this will help me stay organized with review requests, book tours, etc.

New Arrivals:
To my fellow Americans, remember to vote on Tuesday if you haven't already! I cast my ballot early. :-) Have a lovely week!

  7. I was worried about the clutter too when we moved from two sidebars to one but it's actually pretty easy to keep things tidy. Everything here looks good :-)

  8. I love the look of the Ghost and the Graveyard, and cannot wait to read your review! I am a huge fan of two columns, and think it is less distracting. Did you know you could go into template, hit customize, adjust widths and make the blog posting area a little wider. Thanks for sharing your news on The Sunday Post and I love the new look!

Halloween has been rescheduled in NJ because of the Hurricane, it's supposed to be tomorrow. But I've eaten half the candy already...lol.

  15. I like the theme/template you're using! Completely understand what you're saying about not wanting to mess with the code. Okay, I always mess with my code, because it's Wordpress, which means it's fun, but in the beginning, I was very hesitant about that.

Anyways, I hope you're having a great week with many amazing reads! :)
